This is a shot taken from the back of Oei Tiong Ham building and the linkway present in the photo shows that this shot was taken from the back of Oei Tiong Ham building and not from the front as the front of Oei Tiong Ham has no linkway. The photographer took the shot with the lady sitting on the bench so that the photo will not appear too plain.
