本课题的研究,主要从管理的角度探讨促进教师专业发展了多元模式和与的模式。第二章描述教师专业发展紧密联系的效用评价,力图从中、西两种文化背景,从方法、途径和发展阶段两种角度阐释多样的教师专业发展模式。第三章主要从三个方面论述了教师专业发展模式的构建策略:一、教师专业发展模式的整合与运用;二、提升制度建设的效用;展所面临的三个挑战:三、塑造富有感召力的文化。第四章论述了教师专业发一、教师教学负担和专业发展之间的矛盾;二、多元化模式选择和单一式统一管理之间的冲突间的落差。
