Abstract: 
强化人文教育,关注教育本质,成为中国基础教育界的共识强调基础教育的科学与人文的统一,,其具体体现,就是六大“核心素养”这已概念的提出与推广从业。强调人文主义教育思想的落地,教师的专业发展,提出了素养,需要从学校和教师提供相应保障;教师这一变革方向,强化人文素养的新的要求。给基础教育提升教师的人文个人两方面着手。自身,则学校重在机制的建立与完善,要有文化自觉与职业自觉,主动发现不足,从而增强其学习人文知识、涵养其人文精神的内动力,最终达到习得人文精神、实践人文精神的教育理想境界。
