Tower Block building shot (1986)

The photo shows IE's Tower Block building, the tallest building across the entire IE's Bukit Timah campus. The bottom section of the photo appears darker than the top layer due to insufficient lighting on the bottom area as the surrounding various tall buildings have completely blocked out the sunlight from shining into the bottom area.
