Description
The photo shows the chimney on the top of Manasseh Meyer building undergoing re-construction and re-engineering work to make it look better and more stable than before. The reason for the re-construction was because the chimney has been around for a long time and the structure is slowly crumbling away and so NIE felt that it was safer to re-build a new one for safety reasons.
