This study is a follow up to the applicant's doctoral research thesis (NIE's Doctorate in Education, graduation 2016). The original case study and this follow up explore the transition of career change teachers as they move into teaching and add to the body of research into a group that forms a substantial proportion of teachers in places such as Singapore, the UK, Europe and Australia.
