Abstract:
The focus in this article is to help workshop leaders make better decisions abaut workshop preparation, design and follow-up. It is about the way in which the content of a workshop can be intergrated into teachers' practices so that it is relevant to their own students. There is no attempt to tell teachers about such organisational logistics as booking rooms and making catering arrangements since teachers are usually well versed in these matters. The importance of workshops lies in their contribution to human resource development.
