Abstract
小社团式艺术活动,是幼儿以一个相同或相似的兴趣与爱好,聚集在一起,混龄、混班,有制度、有规则地开展活动,共同感受与分享,并发挥各自艺术所长,自主地交流与表达。荷花池幼儿园所开展的幼儿小社团式艺术活动的实践研究,主要是针对如何促进孩子的学习需要,动机,学习环境,人际关系,发展孩子的能力,以及改进教学策略或方式的研究。在小社团活动中,教师退步让位,扮演“支持者、合作者、引导者”角色。引发幼儿优势智能,提升教育价值空间;引发文化因素生成,培植社会性发展动力;引发活动方式变革,创造知识集合体。开放式的小社团活动,源于兴趣,形式多样,长于发挥艺术特长,能激活幼儿的内在动机和参加艺术活动的兴趣,有利于幼儿在欣赏体验的基础上运用各种艺术语言大胆地表达、表现。小社团艺术活动对促进学习困难儿童的发展尤其起到了不可忽视的影响与矫治作用。小社团艺术活动的实践,提供了对幼儿艺术活动课程发展的新视野,并将会引发出更多不同的幼儿艺术活动,开启艺术教育的新使命。
Small society style art activities refers to art activities organized by young children of same or similar interests and hobbies but of different ages. These activities feature special recruitment methods, giving consideration to both planning and coordinating. Each of the small art societies have their own constitutions and independent open activities. In these activities, teachers act as facilitators, supporters, and collaborators . The main purpose of this action research is to find out how the Hehuachi kindergarten used these unique art activities to facilitate children’s learning and development. This study found that these society style art activities are beneficial for young children, including those with special needs. implications and suggestions for further improvement are included.
