Federal building and linkway (1989)

The following photo shows the close-up view of the Federal building and the linkway that connects to it and the photo was taken in the IE campus of Bukit Timah. In this photo because of the close-up angle at which the photographer took the shot the building cannot exactly be seen as a building in this photo, and instead only a small portion of the building can be seen.
