View of Oei Tiong Ham and Tower Block buildings (1993)

This photo shows two buildings in NIE's Bukit Timah campus. The two buildings are the Oei Tiong Ham building on the left side of the photo taking up most of the photo and the Tower Block building at the right side of the photo where only a small part of it can be seen. The Oei Tiong Ham building is also commonly known as the Administration building to people on campus.
