Main road leading to Oei Tiong Ham building (1990)

The photo shows the view of the main road in front of the Oei Tiong Ham building that eventually leads into the entrance of the building. The Oei Tiong Ham building is also commonly known as the Administration building and in this photo certain portions of the building had been blocked by the tall trees that have grown at the front of the building.
