Glowing Manasseh Meyer building (1997)

The following photo shows a picture of the Manasseh Meyer building in NIE's Bukit Timah campus. The photo appears to look glowing in certain parts due to the fact that before the photographer took the shot, he applied some gel to the lens of the camera and so when he took the photo the gel resulted in some areas of the shot appearing to look more shiny than the rest.
