This photo shows the flood situation that occurred in IE's Bukit Timah campus back in the 1980s. This shot shows a small area of the campus that has been flooded after the major overnight downpour over the area and the photographer took a shot of the scene to let people remember that there was a time when the campus grounds could be seriously flooded.
