Reconstruction of chimney on Manasseh Meyer building (1987)

This shot was taken during the time when the chimney of the Manasseh Meyer building at IE's Bukit Timah campus underwent construction work in order to change the chimney to a new one. The reason for changing the chimney to a new one was because the old one did not match well with the building. The change was to improve the appearance of the building.
