Abstract
This study on inclusive education aimed to research and establish a framework of inclusive practice for students with learning difficulties, their parents and teachers within the general education system in Singapore. It was our original vision that once the proof-of-concept was working, this framework would be served to aid in the design of intervention programs within general schools. Within the framework, case management would be practiced as a way of coordinating all resources from various agencies to further support students with learning difficulties. These agencies may include teachers within their respective schools, MOE specialists, as well as those from the local communities and other government agencies such as National Committee on Youth Guidance and Rehabilitation, and child development units in public hospitals.
