Abstract
幼儿教育是国家基础教育的奠基阶段, 幼教事业的发展与幼儿师资的质量有着密切的关系。近年来,新加坡和中国政府都非常重视发展幼儿教育,并立足本国国情,注重幼教人力资源的开发培训,极大地提高了幼儿教师的整体素质,进而提升了整个国家的幼儿教育质量。本文通过阐述新加坡和中国幼儿教师教育课程设置及实践效果之异同,来对比研究两国幼儿教师教育课堂设置优劣之处,总结各自先进经验及存在的不足,以期对两国幼儿教育事业发展起到借鉴和促进作用。
