Abstract: 
Successful dynamic relationships between the learner and the teacher provide the
basis for quality learning and teaching. This paper discusses the tangible factors which
contribute to quality relationships, the theoretical observations noted in a dynamic relationship
in the context of the early years setting and its general applicability to other educational
contexts.
