Managing an instructional multimedia project can seem overwhelming, especially when the one who has to manage it has no prior experience. Questions like "Who are the team members you'll need to develop this interactive media?", "What are their roles in the project?", "How can one manage the project successfully?" and "What lessons can I learn from others who have successfully completed the project?" are commonly asked. This dissertation aims to share some of the most important experiences of a corporation embarking on producing an instructional multimedia courseware for the first time. This dissertation will answer the above questions and also, present the use of an instructional model -- ADDIE -- at the macro-level in managing the project through the generation of a project specifications report.
